Turning quintals of food waste coming out of three huge exhibition halls and fallen dry leaves swept up from a humungous campus spread over 36 acres into organic manure is no silly task. For my case study, the destination was Sovereign Park, Basavanagudi. It’s a 23-year old, 40-unit apartment which does efficient segregation at source.
